Would definitely stay here again
We have just stayed for 6 nights. Car park, laundry and free internet available. The location is excellent, many great cafes and restaurants a very short walk away. Pukekura Park is a short walk and the coastal walkway and isite centre is a 2min walk. Our room had a private balcony which was great. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Two lazy boy arm chairs were a bonus. Although we didn't cook there was cooking facility there. A corner bath was a real treat and we had a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, helpful and respectful

Great location, fantastic team and service, clean room, plenty of parking, quick and easy check in. I highly recommend this as a place to stay if you’re keen to walk around town and like to be amongst the vibe of the city. Literally a 2 minute walk to food, pubs, shops and the foreshore is only a 5 minute walk. Definitely would stay again.

Great value for money
Fantastic location, walking distance to town and to the Park for the Festival of Lights. Room was lovely and well appointed and loved the spa bath! Will definitely stay again when in New Plymouth

Absolutely recommend
Big comfortable bed and the 2 Lazy boy chairs were a dream never had those anywhere before it was great to be able to sit and watch TV comfortably. Spa bath was amazing! Kitchen was well set up as was the whole unit. Highly recommend. All motels should model their rooms on room 11 the one we had at Brougham Heights Motel.

Good facilities (heat pump, spa bath, water filter). Clean room. Walking distance to centre of city, good cafes, restaurants, museums, etc.
